The BaptistCare NSW & ACT Whistleblower Hotline is an independent service run by Stopline that gives you the opportunity to report misconduct and unethical behaviour – anonymously if you wish.

The BaptistCare NSW & ACT Whistleblower Hotline is an independent service that you can contact to report suspected misconduct, unethical conduct or an improper state of affairs, including:

• Abuse of authority
• Corrupt activities
• Theft, fraud or misappropriation
• Significant mismanagement or waste of funds/resources
• Actions that cause serious harm or risk of harm to:
  • residents, tenants or clients
  • public health, safety or the environment
  • employees or volunteers
• Serious breaches of law

The service includes:

• Dedicated hotline number, website, mail and email address for employees, contractors and other stakeholders to report suspected incidents of misconduct, unethical conduct or an improper state of affairs.
• Expert forensic investigators taking the calls and analysing disclosures.
• Timely reporting of incidents to dedicated representatives within BaptistCare NSW & ACT.
